I hear the best one is the BCY jig but it costs a fortune and is only available from the USA, so I can imagine the shipping will be very steep.
I use an Arten with crossbow adapter to make the small floating yokes and the Spig for the longer strings and cables.
Yes, i tension my strings at 300-400lbs for serving.
