Newbie: Is it worth using stiffer arrows?

Hi,

as a beginner to archery, I don't want to keep upgrading arrows everytime I increase my draw weight?

Is it worth buying arrows that are too stiff for my draw weight so that as I progress to heavier draw weight they will become the correctly splined arrows. (I hope I got that right)

A prime example of what I don't want is when I purchased my first archery set up about 3 weeks ago. Since then I have wound up the poundage of the limbs to + 10%. I have been told that my arrows are now too weak. Rather than buying a new set of correctly splined arrows and have them become too weak in a few weeks time when I get new heavier limbs would it be feasible to shoot too stiff arrows accuratley so that I can "grow into" the arrows as I steadily progress with heavier poundages.

Thanks
