Apparently the sparrow hawk is a very nice bow, this is quoted from Grozer's website: "This is a small hunting recurve bow, but it has a long draw length.
It is smooth, accurate and fast."

Bamboo makes a fast bow, with an osage belly it's an excellent combination. Yew tree archery (Yew Tree Archery Traditional English Longbows) make custom bows, so you shouldn't have any trouble getting what you want longbow-wise from them, someone on this forum bought a longbow from them (I forget who, Jaarus?) and they love it.

Hope you find the right bow for you!
