Advice wanted on Protour spine

Hi
I am looking to buy some Protours and would like your advice on shaft selection , I am shooting A Bowtech Guardian 56# with second hand 27” Cartel Triple 500s arrows at present The reason I ask is that with my recurve Helix\G3 I shoot a spine stiffer than the charts recommend
Easton chart and Arrow selector recommend 470 spine Protours for my setup does any body have any experience with shooting weaker \ stiffer arrows or should I just go with the chart, I am also assuming the best way to tune them is per John Dudley artical on protours

Regards

Dave
