Technique is more important than arrow matching. Unless you have an unlimited budget, using stiff arrows is the way to go if you plan on upping the draw weight.

Persevere with the clicker even if takes months to get the hang of it. If you watch the clicker going down the arrow point as part of the draw then you won't spend ages at full draw waiting for it to 'go off'.

Sore fingers usually results from bad finger placement on the string. Get the string just behind the middle finger knuckle and bend the fingers. That way the string won't creep forward and end up hanging off the fingertips.
