John Dudley's site is a good place to read about the evolution/revolution release aids and their use.

Quite a few articles i've read advocate practicing using the release with a cord set at your draw length and then shooting a blank boss for some time before trying to shoot with it properly.

Unfortunately i read these articles after my 1st attempt at trying to use the revolution and ending up stuffing 4 of my cobalts into the concrete wall that sits behind my boss at home. ( I tried using it straight off at 18m )
