First point - forget the aluminium arrows, they are not relevant
Leave sight position and centre shot as they are as probably fine as per coach set up.
Before you try to start tuning move the fletched arrows to the target centre. Button spring or draw weight adjustment. (With the same Easton spine the ACEs are going to be a stiffer than the aluminiums).
Finally with carbon arrows you need to bare shaft tune at a longer distance than with aluminium arrows. Start at 20 metres OK but move out to 30 metres for a reasonable result.
