I had a very simular problem when I changed over to ACE's because the straighten up quicker they fly closer to the bow, The problem is your sight!!!!
I also had a Arten Europa if you look at the rack of your sight you will see that it is set over towards your sight window by about 12mm, this I found left no adjustment on my windage and the pin was fully wound in. Try spacing the sight away from the riser to give yourself some adjustment a 10mm plastic block works a treat.
I know this is looking at the problem from a different angle but who knows I may have a point, I have found no other maker of sights that offsets there rack in such a way.
Also which side of the string are you sighting down when you shoot, inside (riser side) or outside.
