To create a VB skin you'd need the following:
- A very good understanding of the way VBulletin works
- A copy of VBulletin to access the style sheet settings
- An above average knowledge of HTML/CSS/mySQL/PHP/Graphic Design/colour
- The time and artistic ability to create several hundred buttons/icons and graphics
So it's pretty difficult and very time consuming. However, feel free to submit ideas and colour schemes here (please reference PMS numbers or HTML colour coding).
