Back tension release set-up

This question has probably been answered several times before but I searched and couldn't find it! I have just purchased a Carter Evolution Plus, having been shooting to date with a trigger type release. The Evolution comes factory set to release at ~19 lbs. The holding weight of my bow is ~21 lbs. The Evolution is of course fully adjustable and comes with a set of springs to set a wide range of release weights - the installed spring allows adjustment from 14 to 30 lbs.

My question is what is the best weight to set it to release at initially?

Thanks
