I can't actually quote any exactly, but they are along the lines of..
"shoot at 90m till all the arrows group in the ten. This way you will know when you have the best knocking point position"
or something similar...

yeah - some of it IS a bit OTT - but less so if you read '90m' or whatever as 'whatever the longest distance is that you can shoot and still be confident of hitting the middle'
