I really like mine. Does take a bit of time to get used to nocking an orrow with a piece of metal digging into your palm but you soon adopt a new style to get round this.

Good quality purchase worth the £30+ quid.

Not had any issues with pulling with my pinky but i had a bad habbit for drawing with only my 1st and 2nd finger with my 4th not doing much and holding about 5% of the draw weight. Using the pinky hook forced my to have a deeper hook on the string and corrected my draw problems.

But yeah as PHZ said they are a love it r hate it tab. But there is now the option of the soma tab without the training aid triangle. Might be a better purchase if your draw is fine.

Also a bit cheaper.
