I don't normally reply to such threads (but I do read them!!) 'cause these subjects are so subjective.

However, I've just got back from shooting (25m tonite) AND I am working a lot on a technique change and so this subject is very current for me.

My answer - it's all in the setup of the shot.

I'm finding now (with my new technique) that if I get the setup right, the shot 'just goes' and is usually a big 10.

The expansion through the clicker (after I've loaded the shot, started the aim/pull sequence) is beautiful.

So Jock - I know what you mean!!

The bit I'm working on (in parallel to the technique change) is believing (at full draw) that this shot can (and will) go so easily in the 10.
