interesting point - if you read the KSL stuff it talks about 'vectors' of movement which suggests (if my interpretation is right) a series of seperate but linked movements - but youre right - this is fairly tricky to tell from a single continuous movement if the series is performed quickly

i guess the idea of seperating them out is so that youre only ever performing a single task at a time - one task uses less 'resources' than many combined and theres less room for error in a simpler single task than in a complex 'composite' one ?
