It was advised many times that everyone keep a backup of their journal (or start a blog) in the event that Journals should stop working after an update.

I'm going to see what I can do to get it up and running again to allow everyone who needs to to extract their entries - If I can't get the script running under PHP5 I'll have a go at extracting the raw data from the database so the content would be accessible.
