Maybe you need to tell them that you can deliver arrows a LOT!!! quicker than they are delivering the material, and that if you have to wait much longer that you can arrange a demonstration for them and as VIP's. Of course they will have a front row seat just in front of the boss.

If that doesn't speed them up tell them you have lots of friends who want to give them a demonstration of thier accuracy in placing the order ( arrow) on target and promptly.
