As i shoot plat plus arrows i dont think i have much choice except to use g-nocks
Although when i get carbons i will probably use pin nocks as i've seen them save quite a few fellow club members' navs
And ive seen what happens to carbons when they dont use pin nocks e.g. a robin hood at the DCAS indoor champs
