The subject of nock-fit in triples has been discussed many times and I can only say that the most I've ever had to do is bite the beiter to make it more snug in the 400/500 shafts I've used (making the nock shaft very slightly oval).
And before anyone start ranting that this shouldn't be necessary I've done the same with g-nocks in ACCs, and have just done the same thing again with Beiters in ACEs - all of them!
PTFE tape is the best thing to use to help with loose nocks. I thnk that beiter recomend this method as well (dont quote me on that). Biteing a nock will distort the shape and potentially damage the structual integraty and make it more likely to break on impact.
