We have a german dealer that has a set of scales, and cant get a decent set. So what he does is send is scales over for the customers that are extra particular. That way he can measure the customers limbs and we tiller to his scales. This means that his scales will show the customer a direct comparison between old and new.
On the rest of the orders he takes our standard scales measurements as they are correct. but he cant compair the customers with ours. We make sure we are on the button once a week. |
