If you aren't a club with a jagillion beginners then I'd advise not bothering to buy one. See is someone has one who would be willing to show you how they work. There's the scissor grip kind which are good for getting an arrow back to looking like an arrow and the kind that have a built in transducer and gauge to quantify how unstraight the arrow is.
Also you have to be aware of any stress marks appearing on the arrow around the bend which would make it unsuitable for straightening. If you have 11 other XX75s then you'll be fine without it even though it is a sad loss whenever it happens.
