I will get onto Carter. the annoying thing is it only came back from carter in January after a complete overhaul (everything inside changed) but at that time I wasn't shooting with stiff strings so didn't think to specify, hence it came back with a medium spring (not their fault). From initially sending the release to getting it back was five or six weeks though and I don't want such a wait again, hence why I was thinking of doing it myself.
