| I hope this is not a distaraction to the thread, but I always thought tiller was built into a bow so the limbs returned at the same time as one another. Is that the main reason for having a stiffer bottom limb? Before adjustable poundage systems, there was no choice, the bowyer built it in. I can only guess that having adjustable poundage, allows for a form of tiller adjustment, as a side benefit. I assume it could be useful to take into account vatiations in stabilsers and draw hand contacts with the string. |
