5 months is even less time! Don't sweat it. Expect to take up to couple of years to find a level. When you're new your form will change almost every time you pick up the bow but, because it's all new to you, you won't know what's changing and what's not. As you shoot more, you'll find your draw length increases and this changes everything. As a result, it's impossible to find consistency until your technique stabilizes.

The key, in the early months, is just to shoot as much as possible so that your body (and brain) begin to reconise and develop repeatable form. Consistency will follow.
