Why, are you considering buying two sets and mixing them? Where does the "stiff button" come in?
The 540 Navigator and the 520 A/C/E are two different arrows, the only thing they have in common is the fact they share some components and Easton recommends either as suitable to shoot off your stated setup. Ideally they should both shoot to the same point given the same point weight, fletches etc.
