I've got 2 Osage selfbows, plus another on the way. There's nothing that says a longbow
has to be long! The lad I've got coming is only 59" & draws happily to 30" It's sinew backed & it'll be getting a set of snakeskins on it when I've got the tiller perfect.
The shortest is only 58" tip to tip (actually 56-1/2" nock to nock) & it agin will draw to 30" with no bother. You only really
need to stretch 'em to 72"+ if you're dead set on a round bellied ELB
