We have 13 wages to pay from 1000 bows a year, we have a couple of KW ro 2 ovens and several 3phase KW saws and the likes. The health and saftey issues are way beyond sanity. A metal earth needed on kettels when you dont need them at home!!!
Im sure the 3rd world manufacturers dont have that kind of problem. They also insist on staff having a approximatly moderate level of common sence with NO education, while we expect no common sence with a full eduction!

Still, the last 2 H&S officeres we trained up left is within the year of training, leaving us 2k out of pocket each. Looks like im not only the company First Aider, im the H&S guy, sales, R&D, Technical helpline, HR, purchasing, and sometimes, actual factory work. Good job there is two Sids here. Im all for Cloning at least then i can get under the minumim wage as there is only one of us doing a 48 hour day
