That's the standard
GNAS rate. I think it is meant to cover running expenses in general, not just petrol.
Edit - someone asked about going rates for coaching in other sports. Oxford sailing club coaches charge £25-£30 p/h; ice-skating something like a tenner for 15 minutes (!). Both these figures from my housemate, who is a qualified sailing instructor and is learning how to ice skate without falling over, I know not why.
