| As club sec (bottle washer etc) I forward any/all entry forms that come to me by email to all of our club members who have email. I also print off a copy to stick on the wall.
There are however 3 problems here:
(1) shooting outdoors we lack a wall
(2) club members who only read their emails every 3 months and then complain that they got the email too late
(3) living in a county where digital watches are considered new and radical, so email isnt so common as you might hope. Still things are improving.
At the end of the day, I do my bit and the rest is up to the rest
