been on squad for years. only good squads were by non coaches.
one squad weekend, i was told i must wear a bracer.????
my thoughts on that was why if i hit my arm with 44lb, its a bad shot and i only do it once. 300 mile round trip for that info....mind you she was a county coach.
did a demonstration at a corporate day once. recurve compound, then the longbow. no bracer with any. now the 65lb longbow with fastflight string. ouchy what a damn mess that was.lol
