If you are
really shooting different scores in a tournament than in practice then it's mental, and might be because you are building 1190 to be something different when really it's not. In that case I would refocus your goals onto something that means something to you and is more long-term. Then MB will come without stress as you move forwards towards the next goal.
However my feeling, from the types of scores you posted, is that the reason you always miss MB is because you averagely score at just below MB level and when you need three scores at RS shoots it's just not going to happen unless you are lucky. You wouldn't ever expect your FITA to be consistent throughout all the distances.... I'm certainly not, neither are archers better than me. You just need to shoot better so that even with bad distances you get MB

. I'm sure you can achieve this. (ps if you're on the edge of any desired score you really could do with your good distance being 90m so I might practice that more).
btw I have had the same with GMB as in the last two seasons I have shot below that level on average (1240). I wouldn't expect to be GMB but sometimes the good scores just happen to be in the right competitions, sometimes not, I don't go chasing comps to try and make it happen and judge each competition on more than the score (eg I take conditions into account).
