I'm starting to think it's more of a mental side. To be honest I have no coach have a few people who I ask advice from but nobody who sits down and looks at my technique etc or were things are going wrong I do it myself. I have tried in the past with a coach but for one reason or an other it has worked. (one person I worked with watched me shot said everything was fine and that was it, I was in a slump and couldn't get over a 1,000 for a FITA)

If I'm honest to you Moo Mopp I'm not sure how to set a long term goal for myself, I could for someone else but not for me, I'm very focused on the here and now in life and work etc. I find it very frustrating as I am capable of posting good scores and in comps I put in some really good distance but then some really bad ones.

to answer one point I practice 90m & 50m down the field the majority of the time.
