I would like to know the % of each bow style being sold by dealers as this would be a good indication of how the market is really changing.

As most beginners come into archery via the recurve route I would guess that the sale of beginners recurve bows is high with very few beginners choosing to buy compound equipment. This would also explain why there is a heavier weighting of recurve archers by % at club level tournaments.
