I believe James Park's books offer some good strategies for dealing with the wind. I don't have a copy to hand as it is usually in the magazine rack in our toilet

as it gets read so much.
You can aim off or use the bubble, he recommends one over the other but I can't for the life of me remember which one he says is best.
