| We tried a voucher scheme last year. £5 discount on membership per half day help given with a max of 4 vouchers & then back to goodwill.
Had 4 helpers that had never done so before, did a 1/2 day, got a voucher & never saw them again (they were only seen shooting once or twice in the year).
The usual helpers declined the vouchers but if added up, most would of got free membership for the year & three of us would of had enough for free membership for 15-20 years.
We droped it this year because we've built up a stronger nucleus.
