Yep - that's the norm for ILF (international limb fit). The string tension holds the limb in place with the little bobble bit (don't know the technical term for it) on the limb going into a small recess in the riser dowel. As long as there is a good strong click and you need a bit of force to remove them its fine (you shouldn't be able to just tug it lightly with two fingers to remove it).
