Like most people, I spent the winter shooting Portsmouths.
I have noticed that archers like myself add up the points they score, hoping to get nearer to the maximum 600. I have also noticed that archers totally unlike myself do the opposite; they subtract the points they miss each end
from 600.
I suspect these two tipping points might be related?
