We have that kind of weather too, possibly worse wind wise in our area.
AVerage wind speed for us is around 24kph, England is around 14kph.
ANyway it doesn't matter if she can or not,, that's not the dispute. What it shows is that these girls are shooting scores most men would be pleased with and doing so without worrying about touching their nose.
