Quite a few things here. For starters I can shoot 70M with 27" long AXIS FMJ's 500 spine 90gn points on 50lb medium cams, but I can't get to 80M because the sight becomes too low and the arrow trajectory is painfully high. So I have slightly lighter FMJ's but less poundage than you if that helps you (probably not alot!)
Coming onto your point. There are two things that will prevent you reaching a distance 1) your sight gets so low it intereferes with the arrow. 2) the trajectory becomes so high that it is likely to be greatly effected by wind.
On the first point, it is not just the bow poundage and arrow weight that comes into play, how you anchor plays a big part. Where you anchor effects where your peep sight ends up which has a very big influence on how high the sight ends up being. If you move your peep up a few millimeters it effectively tilts the bow up for the same sight position. So anchoring higher will give greater sight clearance. Because of this its impossible to say exactly what will work for you.
Regarding trajectory its a case of either increasing bow poundage or reducing arrow weight. One question on this when you say you have a draw length of 27" is that AMO? If it is you could probably shoot with 26" arrows or at a push even shorter. My AMO draw length is 28.5 and I shoot with 27" arrows.
According to easton arrow selector (follow this link
Easton Archery | Shaft Selector) If you were to shoot 26" arrows with 125gn points out of a hard cam bow with your poundage, you only need AXIS 500's. With these given Your arrow length would be shorter than mine and your poundage higher you should be OK.
I suggest you work out exactly what arrow length you can get away with and then visit the tuning chart.
