That should give you an AMO of 28.5" which is the same as mine so 27" arrows may be about right.
I usually aim to have half an inch (12.5mm) of shaft excluding point hanging over the front of the arrow rest just in case I overdraw. Most arrow rests I have used sit back from the neck of the grip by about half an inch.
