The for/against superglue argument is a long and passionately fought one but.....

if you are actually snapping your arrow nock onto a built up area of cotton and superglue, you might live to regret it as superglue can become brittle. You might find your arrow suddenly doesnt fit your string snugly any more.

If your string isnt thick enough for the arrow nock you can either warm the nocks up (nice cup of tea) and pinch them in a bit, or re-do the center serving and add an extra strand of bowstring thread before you actually serve it to give you the correct thickness for your nocks
