Yeah, like my not-so-ninja edit said, you'd need a thread adapter. They do exist though, so it may be possible.

Other weights with a 5/16 thread (see Altservices website): Cartel Compound Hunter weight (a mere £3.79), and *possibly* the weights that go with Doinker dampers/rods.
