| All the risers I've owned had 5/16-24 threads for the stabilizers and counter weights.
FITA rules have two specifications you need to adhere to. First the unstrung bow, with weights in place, must pass through a 4.8" rigid circle. Second they must mount directly on the riser with no extensions, cushions or dampers. If you stick to that you should be legal.
