| aaaaaaargh! No, the string can't untwist/ twist up more at full draw, as both ends are prevented from twisting/ untwisting as they're attached to the limbs! Lots of people seem to believe this, but despite them having a bow in front of them, no one thinks to check it for themselves, and somehow the myth lives on.....
