if you are refering to AF and ML, then one had a bad shoulder injury and the other went off to Uni,both life changing things, and on reflection they decided that there were more important things to do do with their time, had nothing to do with talent identified archers not making it.
If not these poeple, would be interested as to who you are alluding to.
supporting your point,look how many of the original "2012" young archers are still going from the original 20+. Things change in poeples lives, when they were first selected , they were told by head coach that very few would last the course, and so it is proving to be the case.

18mths to get to GB senior with little assistance- not a snowballs chance in hell unless you are shooting 1250+ Fitas and 630+ 720's already. then when you have made the requisite improvements to score levels, you have to hope that the present incumbants have not made similar improvements. |
