Just try and imagine the centre serving when adding twists to the string, and ask yourself if, when adding the twists, the direction you are going is adding tension on the twist of the serving or not.
One other point is when centre serving the string. Do not add the twists needed prior to this, as it will make problems later if it is found that the B/H has to be reduced....
