Was thinking of going the Beiter tunnel route, but am not sure:
a) which colour (clear and black) would be best? What's the pro/con of each?
b) which inserts to get? - ideally I guess a set of different size circles for different distances (v.small at 70m/80 yards!), does anyone know what numbers these are?
c) which size to get? 8mm or 12mm? I guess 12mm is better for indoors, 8mm better for outdoors?
Thanks! |
Definitely recommend the beiter! it's not expensive, very flexible, and well worth a try. in answer to your questions:
a) depends what you're used to but i would've thought that using the larger circles that black is best - clear-cut distinction and not distracting either - it's what i use anyway
b) the circle frame kit is best, as it gives you five different sizes you can change at will, and it means you can adapt to different distances
c) 12mm - more flexible (you can always have a smaller hole, but getting the tunnel bigger might be a problem!!). also, i've used the largest hole at 70m and it still works perfectly.
hope this helps!
