| I got a response by email today (Which is great because I didn't get a chance to phone) saying that they (I assume just the person who responds to email) was away for over a week and that he would get back to me tomorrow.
If he doesn't get back to me within the next two days (I'll be nice, and give him one more day than he says) I think I'll cancel my order and get my goods elsewhere.
If they DO get back to me, I might may order from then again in the future, but not for something I need quickly, that's for sure. I'll update this with new info for those interested in their customer service. |
