Hello I had a word with a member of the catering staff for our shoot and she was most indignant about the thought of using shop bought cakes.
The menu has not been shorted out yet but plans may include
Coffee Sponge cake
Victoria sponge cake
Chocolate sponge cake
Scones with jam and cream
Shortbread (some plain and some with chocolate and toffee topping)

I hope this will be good enough for a fan of Mr Kipling’s cakes.
