I think I see what you mean. Two fingers as opposed to three fingers will change the angle of the string over the tab from top edge to bottom edge.
It would be more like a release aid in that sense. When you talked about the glove, I was thinking of the angle of the fingers round the string in order to hold it until the release. It's so easy to get the wrong idea, I find. Two fingers together should give fewer variables as the space between become irrelevant. |
