Sorry to disagree with you but "No way!"
There is no way that the information received and the length of the course etc makes a leader equivelent to a level2.
Leaders are for introducing people to archery in a short term have a go situation.
This is why the government community coach programme stipulates coaches at UKCC level2 and above and will not accept leaders.
